近些年來(lái)，防爆行業(yè)快速發(fā)展。在2008年1季度上海市相關(guān)部門對(duì)其產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行了專項(xiàng)抽查，為安全世博打好基礎(chǔ)。
在此專項(xiàng)監(jiān)督抽查過(guò)程當(dāng)中，對(duì)涉及有關(guān)防爆行程開(kāi)關(guān)、防爆電磁起動(dòng)器以及防爆燈具、防爆儀表等產(chǎn)品都進(jìn)行了的抽查檢驗(yàn)。
對(duì)於此次抽查監(jiān)督的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)是按照國(guó)家強(qiáng)制性標(biāo)準(zhǔn)GB3836.1-2000《爆炸性氣體環(huán)境用電氣設(shè)備第1部分：通用要求》、GB3836.2-2000《爆炸性氣體環(huán)境用電氣設(shè)備第2部分：隔爆型“d”》、GB3836.3-2000《爆炸性氣體環(huán)境用電氣設(shè)備第3部分：增安型“e”》以及備案的企業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量明示擔(dān)保進(jìn)行抽查。抽查項(xiàng)目針對(duì)產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)的檢查、以及沖擊試驗(yàn)、_表面溫度試驗(yàn)、外殼耐壓試驗(yàn)、內(nèi)部點(diǎn)燃的不傳爆試驗(yàn)、外殼防護(hù)等級(jí)試驗(yàn)、絕緣介電強(qiáng)度試驗(yàn)等項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行檢測(cè)。
在抽查結(jié)果當(dāng)中，經(jīng)檢驗(yàn)的十六種產(chǎn)品合格率達(dá)到72.7％，在防爆儀表類和防爆開(kāi)關(guān)電器類產(chǎn)品的抽樣合格率分別為90.9％和83.3％，只有防爆燈具類產(chǎn)品抽查的合格率較低剛達(dá)到20％左右。　　
In recent years, rapid development of explosion-proof industry. In 2008, a quarter of the relevant departments of Shanghai special sampling of their products were, to lay the foundation for the security of the Expo.
In this special supervision and random process, involving the explosion-proof limit switch, explosion-proof electromagnetic starter, and explosion-proof lighting, explosion-proof devices and other products are made of a random inspection. Among the sample results by testing 16 kinds of product qualification rate reached 72.7%, in explosion-proof electrical switches explosion-proof instrument classes and the sampling rate of qualified products were 90.9% and 83.3%, only explosion-proof lighting products sampled low pass rate just reached 20%.
